Steeple Chase Golf Club is a Ken Killian-designed course nestled on 203 beautiful acres. For more than a decade, this highly-acclaimed course is among the best courses in Chicagoland, ranked “4 Stars” in Golf Digest’s “Best Places to Play” public ranking and voted Daily Herald Readers' Choice "Best Golf Course."

Natural hills, lakes, woods and wetlands, and outstanding course conditions all come together to create unsurpassed beauty and a true challenge. Beginners enjoy its straightforward, fair play, and the intermediate or advanced take to the signature 18th hole.

2013 Season Rates

Download rates (click here). Carts are required before 11a.m. on weekends and holidays.
Carts are equipped with complimentary GPS. Riding golfers gain exact yardage info to the pin as well as to the front and back of the green.

Reservations

Reservations can be made 14 days in advance (15 days for Park District residents).
All reservations require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. Cancellations must be made two days prior. Convenient online reservations available (see "blue" blocks above) or call/visit the Pro Shop (847-949-8900).

2013 Golf Development/Instructional Programs (Adults and Juniors)

Steeple Chase has a comprehensive golf development program with group and private lessons. These specially-designed PGA®-led programs includes putting, chipping, full-swing, fundamentals, and on-course play. Steeple Chase is located at 200 N. La Vista Drive, in Mundelein. It is conveniently located in central Lake County, off Hawley Street, between Route 60/83 and Gilmer Road.

FROM INTERSTATE 94: Take I-94 north to IL Route 60. Exit IL Route 60 WEST. Proceed west to IL Route 60/83. Bear right/northeast until Hawley Street. Turn left onto Hawley Street and pass Chevy Chase Dr. Turn left onto La Vista Drive. Course is on your left.
