Group Fitness Classes

Whether you’re interested in losing weight, toning, adding muscle, or increasing energy, we have programs to help you reach your goals. Simply select any combination to suit your fitness needs. Drop‑in for a class or get a greater value with a Fitness Passport or Total Package punch card. No advance registration is needed.

Classes include: group training, core combo, total body conditioning, Pilates, Zumba®, indoor cycling, H2O Fitness, and more.
