The Mundelein Parks, Community Park Chalet, and Mundelein Senior Center are available to rent for meetings, picnics, parties, etc. Permits are available at the Mundelein Community Center, 1401 N. Midlothian Road. You may also call the Community Center office at 566-0650 x 16 for availability and rates.

	Facility and park permits must be submitted 14 days in advance of your event.
	Security deposit must be paid in full at the time of application.
	Liquor Liability Insurance is required when serving alcohol at the Senior Center. Insurance may be purchased through our insurance company for an additional fee and must be paid at the same time as the deposit.

Mundelein Parks: Park Ground permits are issued for groups of 15 people or more and require a $100 security deposit. Groups of 14 or less do not require a permit.

Community Park Chalet: Located on Dunbar Road, this two room building has a large carpeted multi-purpose room, fireplace, and a small kitchen. No alcohol or smoking is permitted. Rental hours are available from 10:00 am. to 10:30 pm. Maximum capacity is 40 people.

Mundelein Senior Center: Located at 1200 Regent Drive this building has a 2000 square foot room including a hardwood dance floor, public address system, kitchen, and outdoor patio. No smoking is allowed in this building.  Alcohol may be served only if liquor liability insurance is purchased. Rental hours are available from 10:00 am . 11:00 pm. Maximum capacity is 110 people.

All facility and park participants are expected to follow the rules of the park and or facility. Parks and facilities have posted signs stating special rules specific to that site. Disregard or abuse of the rules may result in removal by staff or police from the park or facility for a designated length of time or permanently.
