Annual Memberships only. Include:

Individual	Adult, 19 years and older
Individual + 1	Two persons of any sex living together under one roof. The primary member must be 19 years of age or older, and the + 1 individual 14 years of age or older. (Note: The rules for a youth membership apply here as well if the +1 is between 14 and 19 years of age.
Each Additional	Additional members in the same household, 14 years and older. (Note: Only available to those who have purchased an Individual + 1 Membership).
Youth	Boys or girls, 14 - 18 years old. (A signed waiver must be on file for all 14 to 18 year old members. Youth, 14 & 15 years of age must complete our Youth Orientation Program prior to using the facility. A birth certificate accompanied by a parent to sign a release form are required to register for membership. There is no charge for your orientation.
Senior/Senior + 1	Age 55 or better (applies to both members in order to qualify for Senior + 1).
Resident / Non-Resident	The term "resident" refers to the Mundelein residents who live within Mundelein Park District boundaries and contribute financial support to the Park District through property taxes. Some residents with a Mundelein mailing address may not be residents of the Mundelein Park District. Please contact us at 847-566-0650 ext. 14 if you need residency information.

No access to the pool and gym areas when scheduled programs are in session. The Whirlpool and sauna will be closed during all swim lessons.
