Mundelein Park & Recreation District proudly recognized three outstanding employees as Employees of the Year at its annual Employee Recognition Event on February 7.
Joe Duffy was honored for his exceptional leadership and dedication to maintaining and enhancing the district’s aquatic facilities. His ability to successfully manage an extraordinary workload while ensuring high-quality operations set him apart.
Jennifer Echeverria received recognition for her unwavering commitment to the Big & Little Child Development Center. She goes above and beyond to support parents, children, and fellow staff members, while furthering her education by working toward a bachelor’s degree in child development.
Nathan Neuwirth of the Parks Department was recognized for his round-the-clock dedication to the district, readiness to assist with problem-solving in a variety of capacities, and consistently stepping up to ensure events run smoothly. His commitment not only supports the district’s goals but enhances the community’s quality of life.
