Mundelein’s Ultimate Pumpkin Contest (All Ages)

Paint, carve, or glue your way to the top in Mundelein’s ultimate Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Let your creativity flow and you may win a $30 gift card. Category prizes will also be awarded depending on the number of entries.
- Pumpkins must be dropped off at Mundelein Community Center between October 3–9 to be displayed.
- Voting will take place October 10–27. Anyone is welcome to visit the community center to come vote for their favorite pumpkin with loose change.
- Pumpkins must be picked up between Nov 1–Nov 3. If they are not picked up by Nov 3, they will be composted at our Pumpkin Composting event on Nov 5.
All proceeds will go to the Mundelein Parks Foundation raising scholarships for kids of the community to participate in extracurricular activities.
