31 and DONE: In a 31-minute personal circuit, you will focus on sculpting different muscle groups with a variety of equipment. The transitions will give you just enough time to recover.

Arms and Abs: A 30-45-minute express workout that focuses on the upper body and midsection with the use of small equipment.

Cardio + Core: An endurance class with a splash of strength to improve stabilizing muscles and core power.

CIRCL Mobility: Promote movement and increase your range of motion by focusing on breathwork, flexibility, and mobility exercises to help you move better, longer.

Cycle: Get in your zone as you ride to energizing music. The instructor will keep you motivated while you adjust resistance, play with speed and change body positions on the IC6 bike.

H2O Fitness: Using the resistance created by the water, you can increase muscle strength, build endurance and reduce impact placed on the joints during a land workout.

Restorative Yoga: Focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. This class promotes healing, mindfulness, and a sense of calm, making it perfect for all levels, including beginners.

Muscle Conditioning: Strengthen and tone every major muscle group with the help of balls, bands, dumbbells and more. The instructor will help you reach your fitness goals.

Yoga: Take time to center yourself while increasing strength, stability and flexibility. A variety of poses will be presented to refine your practice.

Zumba: Nothing gets your heart racing and muscles pumping like a fitness dance party. Step, slide and shake your way through a variety of music with help from your certified instructor.

GROUP EXERCISE–ACTIVE ADULT & BEGINNERS CLASS

Aqua ROM: Step into a therapeutic environment to increase strength and endurance. The water will alleviate pressure on injured or weak joints while increasing functional movement.

Gentle Yoga: Receive all the benefits of yoga with a practice that moves at a slower pace and limits (or eliminates) floor transitions.

Senior Strength: Condition your muscles and enhance your range of motion. Exercises will be presented using a variety of equipment. Increase strength from head to toe at a comfortable pace.
