Hard Core Training (Ages 18+)
Break fitness plateaus and challenge your body during a Boot Camp inspired class. Strength and cardiovascular drills will change each week to keep you guessing. This class is not for the novice participant. Prepare to sweat! Led by Dawn Blough. (6 wks)
