TRX Barre (Ages 14+)
All of the energy from a barre class with the extra challenge of suspension training. Core and stabilizing muscles will be challenged during strength exercises. Complete a full-body workout in 45 minutes. Led by Diane Capasso. (5 & 7 wks)
TRX Circuit (Ages 14+)
Suspension training is an all level workout that strengthens stabilizing muscles, improves core strength and flexibility. Add a circuit rotation to build endurance with small equipment. Led by Katie Tilton. (5 & 7 wks)
Cycle & TRX (Ages 18+)
Are you struggling to fit everything in? Get your aerobic and strength training all in one class. The instructor will lead you through a 30-minute ride followed by 30 minutes of suspension training. TRX straps will complement small equipment strength drills. Space is limited.
