Programs

Just for Juniors (Ages 7-17)

This specifically designed PGA led Junior Program is intended to introduce juniors to all facets of the game. Putting, chipping, full-swing bunkers, and on-course instruction will be included. Each hour and a half long class will include instruction on multiple parts of the game. Led by Steeple Chase Staff (3 wks). Click to register.

  • Week 1: Putting, Chipping and Short Game
  • Week 2: Full Swing
  • Week 3: Course Etiquette, Introduction to Playing an Actual Round of Golf, and Heading Out on the Course to Play an Entire Hole of Golf

Held at Steeple Chase Golf Club, week 2 is held at Grayslake Practice Range.


Fundamentals: Modern Golf Swing (Ages 18+)

Adult golfers of all skill levels can learn and enjoy at this PGA-led four-day course which focuses on the fundamentals of the modern golf swing. Personalized attention with a maximum class size of 12. Golfers should bring a putter and a wedge to the first lesson. Led by Steeple Chase Staff (4 wks). Click to register.

Adult On-Course Lessons – Play America (Ages 18+)

Completely on Course (Limit to 6 participants). Program is designed as a graduated, next step for those who have either participated in the Fundamentals/Modern Golf Swing Group Lessons previously, or consider themselves avid golfers looking to hone their on-course skills. Not recommended for true beginners. Great way to get those interested in becoming avid golfers to experience and improve their game – out on the course – as they would during a traditional round of golf.
