Mundelein Park & Recreation District proudly celebrated the opening of its newly completed Inclusive Space at Kracklauer Park with a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony and donor wall reveal on Monday, August 4, 2025. This exciting community celebration included remarks from Park District leadership, Illinois State Senator Adriane Johnson, Illinois State Representative Daniel Didech, Village of Mundelein Mayor Robin Meier, and various residents of Mundelein. The Inclusive Space at Kracklauer Park is a significant step forward in creating a community where individuals of all ages and abilities can enjoy recreational opportunities without barriers.
