GROUP EXERCISE–ALL LEVELS

Morning Series! Momentum and Cruise: They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but what about earning that breakfast first? Research suggests alternating strength and cardio workouts can enhance overall fitness. Join us each morning and start your day with purpose and energy!

Momentum: this class focuses on strength training, coordination, and balance, mimicking daily activities. It includes a warmup with stretching, core work, strength exercises using dumbbells and body weight, and a cool-down.

Cruise: This is a high-intensity cardio workout using stationary bikes to simulate outdoor cycling with varying terrains, speeds and scenery. Set to motivating music, it enhances cardiovascular health, endurance, and mental clarity.

BURST!: A 30- 45min endurance class with a splash of strength to improve stabilizing muscles and core power to help power us through everyday life. – Formally Cardio & Core

AquaFit: Using the resistance created by the water, you can increase muscle strength, build endurance and reduce impact on the joints during a land workout.

Restorative Yoga: Focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. This class promotes healing, mindfulness, and a sense of calm, making it perfect for all levels, including beginners.

Muscle Conditioning: Strengthen and tone every major muscle group with the help of balls, bands, dumbbells and more. The instructor will help you reach your fitness goals. Zoom ID: Tuesday 882 2541 5068, Thursday 854 8554 9134

Pilates: Practice the same principles created by Joseph Pilates during the 20th century. You will complete movement patterns that will promote body alignment, core strength and muscular balance.

Piloxing: A unique fitness program that blends Pilates, boxing, and dance into a high-energy, engaging interval training workout. It’s designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health, all while being fun and accessible.

Stretch Happens: Improve flexibility and range of motion while delaying impaired mobility due to aging. Props/small equipment may be utilized. All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga: Take time to center yourself while increasing strength, stability and flexibility. A variety of poses will be presented to refine your practice.

Zumba: Nothing gets your heart racing and muscles pumping like a fitness dance party. Step, slide and shake your way through a variety of music with help from your certified instructor.

Zumba Toning: Ignite your workout with the ultimate fitness dance party, now with an extra toning twist! Step, slide, and shake to vibrant music, guided by your certified instructor, while using light weights or props to sculpt and strengthen your muscles for a fun, full-body tone-up.


GROUP EXERCISE–ACTIVE ADULT & BEGINNERS CLASS

Aqua ROM: Step into a therapeutic environment to increase strength and endurance. The water will alleviate pressure on injured or weak joints while increasing functional movement.

Gentle Yoga: Receive all the benefits of yoga with practice that moves at a slower pace and limits (or eliminates) floor transitions.

Senior Strength: Condition your muscles and enhance your range of motion. Exercises will be presented using a variety of equipment. Increase strength from head to toe at a comfortable pace.

Stretch Happens: Improve flexibility and range of motion while delaying impaired mobility due to aging. Props/small equipment may be utilized. All fitness levels are welcome.

Zumba Gold: Take the fitness dance party down just a notch to create a great cardiovascular workout for active adults. Latin music will inspire you to improve balance, coordination, and range of motion.

Flex and Stretch! Similar to muscle conditioning but will bring you back to the basics with an emphasis of flexibility as well as functional strength.

MEMBERS ONLY Virtual Class Reservations: Register for virtual classes at any time by visiting zoom.us or downloading the Zoom app. After the free download, click “Join Meeting” and type in the meeting ID. We suggest having dumbbells, resistance bands, a stability ball, towel and mat available for virtual classes.
