GROUP EXERCISE–ALL LEVELS
31 and DONE: In a 31 minute personal circuit, you will focus on sculpting different muscle groups with a variety of equipment. The transitions will give you just enough time to recover.
AquaFit: Build muscle strength and endurance with low-impact water resistance workouts, perfect for joint-friendly fitness.
Arms & Abs: A 30-45 minute express workout that focuses on upper body and midsection with the use of small equipment.
BURST!: A 30-45 min high-energy class blending endurance and strength to boost core power and stabilize muscles for daily life.
CIRCL Mobility: Enhance range of motion with breathwork, flexibility, and mobility exercises for better, longer-lasting movement.
NEW! Core Fusion: A 30-min low-impact class focusing on functional core strength with dynamic exercises using med balls, stability balls, and weights.
Cycle: High-intensity cardio on stationary bikes, simulating varied terrains with motivating music to boost endurance and mental clarity.
Morning Momentum: Strength training class focusing on coordination, balance, and daily movements with warm-up, core work, dumbbells, and cool-down.

Aqua ROM: Therapeutic water-based class to increase strength and endurance while reducing joint stress for improved movement.
Flex and Stretch: Focus on basic muscle conditioning and flexibility for functional strength, perfect for beginners.
Gentle Yoga: Slower-paced yoga with minimal floor transitions, offering all yoga benefits for beginners and active adults.
Senior Strength: Build muscle and range of motion at a comfortable pace using various equipment for head-to-toe strength.
