JERSEY INFO: We will be using the same jerseys from last year for this Basketball Season. If you need a new jersey or are registering for the first time, you will need to purchase a jersey at the Mundelein Community Center Front Desk for $20.
SCHEDULE INFO: Practice schedules will be dependent on coaching availability. Game times will vary from week-to-week and will be within the times listed.

Kindergarten Basketball Clinic
Youth Basketball Clinic Days (Grade: Kindergarten)
These one-off classes serve as an introduction to the game of basketball. Participants will work the fundamentals, such as dribbling, shooting/scoring, passing, and team-play. They will learn through a series of uniquely fun and involved drills and games. Led by MPRD Recreation Staff.

6th Grade Boys Basketball - MHS Jr. Mustangs Feeder
The 6th Grade Boys Basketball – MHS Jr. Mustangs Feeder Basketball Program provides 6th grade boys an opportunity to develop their basketball skills in a structured, competitive, and team-oriented environment. Designed in collaboration with the Mundelein High School Boys Basketball coaches, this program emphasizes fundamental skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and preparation for future high school-level competition.
Players will learn offensive and defensive strategies consistent with the Mundelein High School Mustang Boys Basketball system, participate in regular practices, and compete in area feeder league games and tournaments throughout the season. Qualified and experienced coaches, including the MHS Boys Basketball staff, will guide players through progressive development that balances skill-building, game experience, and personal growth.
Player commitment will include, on average, 2 practices per week and up to 20 games throughout the feeder season. Tryout, practice, and competition details/locations/dates will be finalized in the coming weeks.
**Tryouts will be used if registration exceeds available roster spots. If a registered participant is not selected for a team, the participant will have the option to receive a refund or have a portion credited towards MPRD Jr. Mustangs House League participation. **
