Cycleand TRX (Ages 18+)
Committing yourself to a fitness program is hard enough. This cardio and strength fusion will give you bang for your buck. Start off on the cycle bike for a 30 minute ride. Finish with strength drills using dumbbells, bands, barbells and more.

Let's celebrate the longest day of the year and National Yoga Day. The extended yoga class will include doTERRA essential oils, props and deep Savasana to leave you feeling rejuvenated. The practice will be held on the grass between Mundelein Community Center and the Spray Park. In the event of inclement weather, the program will move indoors to Dunbar gymnasium.

Stroller Strides® by FIT4MOM
Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute total body workout incorporates cardio, strength training, toning, songs and activities.
Wednesdays 9:30 am at Mundelein Community Center.
Strides 360® by FIT4MOM
Strides 360® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, and strength to round out your workout.
