Get outside and run off some energy during the summer days. Child and adult companion will participate in a family fitness class in the grass at Mundelein Community Center. Each session will have challenges to increase body awareness, balance, and strength. Conclude the workout with a short yoga sequence. Led by a Certified Fitness Instructor. Price is per adult with up to 2 free children.
Held at Community Park (The class will move indoors to the Community Center gymnasium in inclement weather.)
Cost: $15 Health & Fitness Center members/$19 nonmembers
