Summer Programs

Baseball Fundamentals (Ages 5–12)
This program is for working on the fundamentals in the game of baseball. With an emphasis on the fundamentals, hitting, throwing and fielding will be covered each day. Our staff consists of coaches and former players knowledgeable in the game of baseball that can help improve and challenge everyone to become better players in this instructional, fun setting. Basketball Fundamentals (Ages 5–12)
This program is for working on the fundamentals in the game of basketball. All areas of the game such as dribbling, shooting, and defense will be covered. Skill levels of all sorts are welcome and will benefit by learning something new or simply improving on the skills they already have. Our staff consists of coaches and former players knowledgeable in the game of basketball that can help improve and challenge everyone to become better basketball players in this instructional, fun setting. Sports Camp: Soccer Mini-Camp (Ages 7–12)
Stay active and enhance your skills in the sport of soccer in this four-day mini-camp. Our staff consists of former players and instructors that will cover fundamentals, speed, and agility. Games will be played at the end of each day. Please bring a water bottle and wear proper soccer equipment. If the weather does not cooperate, it will be moved indoors so bring an extra pair of gym shoes to be able to participate. Led by Park District Athletics Staff. (1 wk) Click to register.

Sports Camp: Basketball Camp (Ages 7–12)
Improve your skills and stay active during this one-week basketball camp. Participants of all skill levels will benefit from the instructions by our knowledgeable staff consisting of coaches and former players. Learning fundamentals are key, but expect a lot of fun in the process as our coaches will challenge players to get better each and every day in a fun camp setting. Sports Camp: Sand Volleyball & More (Ages 7–12)
Continue to stay active this summer for this week-long sports camp. With a primary focus on volleyball, players at all skill levels will enjoy being out in the sand and fine-tuning their skills or learning new ones. Outside of just volleyball, there will be a variety of other fun activities that utilize the nets and sand such as nuke ’em, battleship, and others. Will be moved indoors during unfavorable weather. Sports Camp: Sports of All Sorts (Ages 7–12)
Enjoy all of your Sports Camp favorites from the summer in this final week. With no primary focus on learning a specific game or skill. This week will focus on fun and variety. Sports will include but are not limited to basketball, kickball, sand volleyball, dodgeball, and much much more. Led by Park District Athletics Staff. (1 wk) Click to register.


Fall Programs (Registration opens August 10)

Basketball FUNdamentals: 3vs3 (Ages 5–12)
Get ready for the House Basketball Season with this preseason program. Classes will be broken down into two parts; skill work and 3vs3 games. Ages 5-8 will focus on skill work for the first couple of weeks before transitioning into 3vs3. Ages 9-12 will jump into skills and 3vs3 the first week. (6 wks) Click to register.
