Tai Chi (Ages 16+)
Practicing Tai Chi can help to reduce stress and improve balance. Many consider it meditation in motion. You will complete a series of gentle, flowing movements to create serenity. These movements are accompanied by deep breathing. Class will be held on the grass when weather allows. Led by Ken Ning. (5 & 6 wks)
Held at Dunbar Recreation Center Dance Studio.
