Tai Chi (Ages 16+)
Practicing Tai Chi can help to reduce stress and improve balance. Many consider it meditation in motion. You will complete a series of gentle, flowing movements to create serenity. These movements are accompanied by deep breathing. Class will be held on the grass when weather allows. Led by Ken Ning. (6 wks)
